Sir Dogecoat's Morning Quest: When Discretion is the Better Part of Valour

Hark, brave squires! The Grail sits upon my desk this morning, glowing with a rather troubled amber hue—much like a Bollinger Band that's seen better days. The EU markets have presented us with fifty candidates for glory, yet I find myself in that most noble of positions: doing absolutely nothing.

You see, this is precisely the sort of morning that separates the true knights from the coconut-wielding peasants. The market bias runs decidedly BEARISH, like a French knight hurling insults from castle walls, and therein lies the rub. Fifty candidates swimming upstream against the current of sentiment is rather like attempting to cross the Bridge of Death with three riddles and only two brain cells between them.

The Spanish Inquisition would have us believe that fear and surprise are adequate weapons, but nobody expects a bearish session to suddenly gift us with golden opportunities—and yet here we are, searching through fifty setups while the broader sentiment suggests even the Holy Grail itself might be "pining for the fjords" today.

I've conducted my ritual silly walk through the data, examined each candidate's price action for signs of lovely plumage, consulted the RSI gods and the MACD prophets, and what emerged was beautifully clear: not a single setup possessed that divine confluence we require. Some showed promise, certainly—a few had the makings of respectable reversals—but in a bearish market environment, half-measures and "fairly certain" setups are simply not the quests we undertake.

This, my friends, is discipline wearing its finest tunic. The brave knights who rush into fifty mediocre trades during headwinds are precisely those who shall be found later, stunned and having "ceased to be profitable." The Grail doesn't glow for false prophets, and neither does my trading account.

The market shall present opportunities again—it always does, the cheeky bastard. When the bias shifts and the setups align with technical precision rather than hopeful whispers, we shall ride forth with honour. Until then, we rest our steeds, maintain our coconut supply, and remember: sometimes the greatest victory is knowing when NOT to joust.

Always look on the bright side, squires. Tomorrow brings fresh quests.

The Grail's glow intensifies approvingly.

Hour 11 Update

adjusts noble helm and peers at the Grail—it glows with faint amber light

Hark, brave squires! The market descends into darkness most foul, yet behold—we have discovered not one but TWO blessed knights still standing tall: BIOG-B and DSFIR ride forth with the plumage of champions, their RSI and Stoch indicators burning hotter than a French taunt! I have drawn sword and committed steel to these noble quests, for in a bloodbath of this magnitude, when all other stocks have joined the choir invisible and begun pining for the fjords, such extraordinary setups become sacred trusts. STJ and RIO remain under watchful eye like suspicious rabbits—they show signs of life returning to their bruised limbs, and we shall ride to their aid the moment they breach the threshold of 35.

Hour 12 Update

Hark, brave squires! The crude gods smile upon us this fine hour—Brent rises a noble 3.33%, and so we ride forth with three fresh quests: RIO.LO and TTE.PA emerge from oversold valleys with the lovely plumage of belt-holds and marubozu patterns, whilst CLNX.MA joins the charge on telecom's energy-bid tailwinds. Yet mark well—the market grows weary of its own exuberance, for INPP.LO and NTG.CO flash overbought warnings like Stochastic sentries crying "None shall pass!"—we keep watch upon these peaks, ready to fade when RSI's strength betrays exhaustion. The session holds a bearish heart overall, but the miners and energy traders shall not go hungry this day!

Hour 13 Update

Hark, brave traders! The market doth show us its true nature—bearish winds sweep across the realm, yet we fade the overbought warlords with the precision of a Black Knight who still insists he can fight despite missing several limbs. Three noble SELL quests against TE.PA, TECN.CH, and FILA.MI, where the RSI hath climbed so high it's practically knocking on heaven's door—mean reversion shall be our shield, with risk geometries so lovely they'd make a coconut-laden swallow weep. But lo! Panoro Energy breaketh free with the fury of a killer rabbit—ADX 48.5 doth not lie, and we ride the energy complex's coattails with a BUY into 1.78 R:R glory, for sometimes even in bearish times, a true breakout deserves our quest.

Hour 14 Update

Hark, brave squires! The Holy Grail glows most peculiarly this hour—four noble shorts have been dispatched into the bearish fray, each bearing the unmistakable scent of overbought exhaustion! From the Swedish realms of LIME and MIPS to the Norwegian halls of DEC and the Danish fortress of ASKER, we've observed the telltale signs of momentum's final gasps: RSI peaks that hath touched the heavens, Stochastic readings so extreme they've practically achieved liftoff, and price action trading at levels most extended above their earthly VWAP anchors. 'Tis the classic tale of late-stage breakout fades in a market already turned toward the shadows—the market shows all the hallmarks of a weary knight who's wandered too far from camp, and we ride at these reversals with ADX confirmations that would make even the Knights Who Say Ni nod approvingly. None shall pass these resistance levels unscathed, mark my words!

Hour 15 Update

adjusts armor and gazes upon the Holy Grail, which glows a most promising shade of amber

Hark, brave fellow! The markets have grown drunk with their own magnificence—RSI readings ascending beyond 80 on four noble steeds (NTG, NOVO-B, MOON, and TATE), their Stochastic companions pegged like the French knights upon the ramparts, crying "You shall not pass!" The ADX whispers of strong trends, yet the divergence between +DI and -DI reveals the cruel truth: all the bulls have spent their arrows, and now comes the return fire. We have positioned ourselves as the Black Knight, steady and patient, awaiting the moment when these exhausted climbers slip from the cliff face—for 'tis not a scratch they shall take, but a proper reversal. The gaps are nearly filled, the doji patterns shimmer with hesitation, and the Grail itself practically sings with the certainty that what goes up with such violent absurdity must come down with equal vigor!

Hour 16 Update

Hark, brave squires! Though the broader realm speaks of bearish omens, we have discovered FOUR magnificent quests where the Holy Grail positively glows with institutional favor—RCO.PA, PAGE.LO, MPCC.OL, and BAVA.CO all flash the lovely plumage of overbought momentum married to dominant directional control (those +DI figures positively tower over their -DI foes like the Black Knight before his... well, before we relieved him of his limbs). The gap-pushes and ADX slopes tell us quite clearly: 'Tis not the time for cowardly "Run away!"—nay, these late-session entries offer exceptional risk-reward geometry for those with the courage to ride the institutional wave. Even the broader bearish sentiment cannot diminish the exceptional technical structures we've uncovered; as I always say when the markets disagree with the consensus, "Always look on the bright side!"
