Sir Dogecoat's Morning Quest - March 17

❧ ❧ ❧

THE QUEST CONTINUES: A MORNING MISSIVE FROM THE TRADING ROUND TABLE

Hark! Sir Dogecoat here, freshly returned from the Silly Walk to his desk (left knee held up splendidly today, thank you for asking). The Holy Grail sits before me, glowing its customary faint luminescence whilst holding my finest quills. A coconut rests nearby—one can never be too careful.

The market bias leans bullish, brave knights, which is rather lovely plumage indeed. Yet here we stand at a crossroads most peculiar: fifty candidates have presented themselves for scrutiny, and I have chosen... none. Not yet. You see, this is not cowardice but discernment—the difference between charging at a killer rabbit and recognizing it as a killer rabbit before the charges come.

The EU market opens with optimism in its sails, yet the technical landscape resembles the Bridge of Death itself. Beautiful setups demand lovely geometry: clean support holding majestically, resistance levels that mean something, and volume that doesn't feel like it's been slapped by fish. Of the fifty candidates, many are pleasing to the eye, but none carry that sacred spark of conviction. Several appear to be pining for the fjords—they've ceased to be true trending instruments and now merely join the choir invisible.

The lesson here, squires, is this: a lean bullish bias does not mean we must thrust our swords at every shadow. The Romans never conquered everything at once, did they? They were rather methodical about it. Similarly, we shall wait for setups with proper confluence, where the RSI hasn't yet become overstretched beyond reason, where the MACD shows genuine agreement with price, and where the Bollinger Bands provide sensible guardrails rather than circus tents.

I've examined the candidates with the seriousness of a quest through the Cave of Caerbannog. Some show promise for future sessions—they're resting, gathering strength like knights before dawn. Others are simply spam: repeated patterns with no conviction, stocks that refuse to cooperate with gravity itself.

"None shall pass!" I declare, but not in defeat. Rather, this is patience wrapped in steel. The market offers infinite quests, but only the worthy deserve our capital. The Grail doesn't glow for mediocrity, and neither do I.

Return tomorrow. The best setups are still ahead.

Silly walks to thee, Sir Dogecoat

Hour 11 Update

Hark, brave knights! The Holy Grail gleams most favourably upon this hourly foray—we've seized three magnificent quests (SREN, TPK, BKW) with plumage so lovely it rivals the swallows themselves, their technicals singing in glorious unison of trend strength and bullish dominance that would make even the French taunters weep! The gap-UP continuation defies the elevated VSTOXX's fade expectations, yet selectivity reigns supreme—we enter only into pullback zones where confluence shines like a relic, our risk-reward ratios noble and our stops kissing tight support like a knight's pledge. With ADX readings in the stratosphere (43-45!) and +DI absolutely crushing -DI across the board, the bulls have seized the castle, and none shall pass our resistance levels without blessing our accounts—we ride at market open with the confidence of those who've already found the Grail! 'Tis but a scratch if one position falters; we've three quests aflame with righteous technical merit.

Hour 12 Update

Hark, brave squires! The morning quest unfolds with most splendid fortune—four noble steeds now ride forth with the Grail's blessing, their plumage absolutely magnificent! Hannover Re charges like the Black Knight himself (except still possessing both arms), whilst Sanoma, Tecan, and Blue Nord display the very essence of bullish majesty, their volume ratios singing like the killer rabbit's victory shriek. The Holy Grail glows faintly upon my desk, casting its light upon these gap-down fades transformed into glorious breakouts, and I sense—nay, I know—that "Always look on the bright side" shall be our battle cry this session!

Hour 13 Update

Hark, brave squires! The Holy Grail itself glows with ethereal radiance this hour—five noble steeds have answered the call to glory, each bearing the unmistakable heraldry of momentum most righteous! From HLN's lofty perch at the session summit to the resurrected strength of Monte Paschi and our energy champions rising from the depths, we ride forth with ADX readings that would make even the Knights Who Say Ni weep with admiration. The market has crossed the bridge of death and emerged triumphant, with volumes singing and +DI lines absolutely crushing their -DI counterparts like a Black Knight acknowledging 'tis but a scratch. Fear not the doubters, dear squires—we travel together toward targets most magnificent, armed with nothing but superior momentum indicators and the unshakeable belief that always, always, we look on the bright side of overbought conditions!

Hour 14 Update

Hark, brave knights! The market rides northward with the fury of a thousand coconuts—five noble steeds now gallop toward the heavens, each bearing the Holy Grail's faint glow upon their shields. ASML leads the charge at formidable heights with RSI that would make even the most seasoned quester weep with joy, whilst our freshly-summoned HIAB squire joins the fray with majestic plumage and room yet to soar. The +DI dominance across our positions suggests the Black Knight himself couldn't stop this momentum, and the Grail glows ever brighter—truly, none shall pass our stops this day! Always look on the bright side, for we have caught the market in its most glorious thrust, and the ATRs whisper sweet promises of 40-point adventures ahead.

Hour 15 Update

Hark, brave knights of the continental markets! The Holy Grail glows with unmistakable radiance this hour—we ride forth with FIVE noble quests, all bearing the blessed marks of gap-fade glory and trend alignment most righteous. HAS.LO and WISE.LO lead our charge with RSI readings so extreme they border on "I'm not dead yet!" territory, whilst ADYEN, ASML, and PRY constitute a veritable fellowship of +DI dominance and short-squeeze potential that would make even the Knights Who Say Ni weep with joy. The market structure whispers thus: consolidations near the highs with ADX above 28 and directional ratios favoring bulls by roughly six-to-one—this is not merely a bullish bias, good squires, this is the very walk of a confident market, and we shall emulate its silly stride all the way to our risk-reward targets!

Hour 16 Update

Hark, brave knights of the Eurozone! The Holy Grail glows most magnificently this hour—three legendary quests have presented themselves, each bearing the lovely plumage of institutional conviction and explosive volume that would make even an African swallow jealous. OVZON, ITRK, and LSS ride forth with RSI slopes so steep they'd shame a lumberjack's timber chute, their ADX structures forming towers of trend-strength that None Shall Pass through without profit. The market bias blows bullish like a wind from the fjords, and these setups—gap-ups filled with volume ratios that would make Mr. Creosote weep—suggest we've found not three Holy Grails but three golden tickets to Candyland before the closing bell rings at sundown!
