Sir Dogecoat's Morning Quest - March 12

Sir Dogecoat's Morning Dispatch: A Day of Noble Restraint

Hail, brave knights and squires of the trading realm! 'Tis a grey morning indeed, for the Holy Grail—that magnificent chalice of my desk, now serving as a most dignified pen holder—refuses to glow with its usual radiance. Fifty candidates presented themselves for scrutiny, yet I ride forth today with sword sheathed and coconut firmly in lap. None shall pass into our portfolio.

The market bias whispers bearishly across the kingdoms, you see. The broader indexes wear the countenance of stocks that have "ceased to be," not dead precisely, but decidedly pining for the fjords from whence they came. Central banks have spoken their grim tidings, and sentiment clings to bear pelts like winter frost. In such conditions, a true knight knows that discretion breeds far greater valor than desperate swings at windmills.

Of our fifty hopefuls, not a single one possessed that lovely plumage we require—that marriage of strong technicals, resolute structure, and sentiment alignment. Many showed "rather silly" price action, wandering aimlessly like the Ministry of Silly Walks contestants seeking direction. Others exhibited the telltale signs of stocks that have stunned themselves into lethargy, beautiful perhaps, but fundamentally committed to going absolutely nowhere.

The RSI on most candidates suggested they've already had their wafer-thin rallies—you know, just one more trade up before the reversal fish-slapping commences. The MACD histogram spoke a language of divergence and uncertainty. Bollinger Bands lay flat as a shrubbery, offering no passage worthy of our capital.

And so, good trading folk, I've chosen the path that separates the wise knight from the desperately broke one: I wait. Always look on the bright side, as the saying goes—this bearish bias creates the very foundation upon which magnificent opportunities shall be built. The market's pessimism is merely the bridge we must cross before reaching the castle of proper setups.

My coconut commute grows lighter with each passing hour of discipline. The Holy Grail gleams faintly even in restraint, for it knows what we know: patience transforms bear markets into treasure maps.

Return on the morrow, squires. The quest continues.

Hour 11 Update

Hark, brave squires! Though the market beareth a grim countenance this hour, we knights have discovered five noble steeds worthy of our quest—each displaying the unmistakable glow of the Holy Grail upon its charts. DSFIR and MEL gallop forth with the fury of a thousand coconut-wielding swallows, their Stochastic sorcery maxed and their momentum slopes climbing like a very silly walk to Valhalla, whilst ELK, GLO, and AKE present such exquisite squeeze patterns that even the French taunters would grudgingly admit, "Zey 'ave nice plumage, non?" The market may be pining for the fjords, but these five? They ride toward glory with ATR-guided stops and righteousness in their hearts!

Hour 12 Update

Hark, brave squires! The Holy Grail gloweth most magnificently this hour—three noble quests have commenced whilst the broader realm falls to bearish despair, for we alone have spotted the Killer Rabbits of momentum charging forth! SMIN and RTO ride with such adorably silly walks that even the French taunters cannot deny their lovely plumage, whilst HALMA ascends like a knight claiming the highest tower—Stochastic K at 100.0 is not dead yet, 'tis gloriously risen! The discarded twelve? They have ceased to be, pining for the fjords whilst we three gallop toward our 1.65 R:R destiny, and should EPI-A yet summon us with a modest pullback, we shall answer the call. None shall pass our stops!

Hour 13 Update

Hark, brave knights! The Holy Grail glows most peculiarly this hour—three noble quests have been anointed upon our sacred scrolls, for the market, though it leans toward bearish darkness, hath revealed gaps unfilled and bounces most violent! Neste, Centrica, and Yara are our champions now, each bearing the lovely plumage of gap panic reversals and directional dominance that would make even the French taunters weep with envy. We ride at these setups with caution tempered by opportunity, for as we've learned: "Always look on the bright side" when the indexes back our cause and the energy complex rallies like a killer rabbit ascending Caerbannog itself!

Hour 14 Update

Hark, noble squires! The Holy Grail positively radiates this hour—four magnificent steeds have earned their banners in the EU joust, each displaying the lovely plumage of true momentum conviction. Shell rides forth in dual glory (Amsterdam and London), whilst E.ON and STMicroelectronics mount their own righteous ascents with RSI slopes climbing like knights scaling castle walls. Yet mark me well: when overbought conditions glow this brightly, even the bravest among us must remember—'tis but a scratch away from violent reversals, and Nobody Expects the Sudden Correction™! Keep your ATRs tight, your stop-losses wafer-thin, and always look on the bright side when the fish-slapping dance begins. The market may be bearish overall, but these four upstart champions are having none of it!

Hour 15 Update

Hark! Though the market overall bearish, we find ourselves in that glorious paradox—like the killer rabbit disguised as cute—where overbought conditions reveal not weakness but conviction. TEP, RMV, SALM, and NEM have all shown the Holy Grail's faint glow: directional dominators (+DI crushing -DI like a well-timed sword thrust), MACD in harmony, and price dancing above VWAP with the lovely plumage of volume agreement. 'Tis not madness to quest for pullback entries when the bulls maintain such overwhelming superiority—we ride toward 1335-1345, 458-464, 572-577.50, and 68.50-70.00 respectively, each with clean risk-reward and ATR discipline as our sacred shield. None shall pass these stops without honor!

Hour 16 Update

Hark, brave squires! The market's bearish disposition has proven most amusing—like a French taunter hurling insults from the castle walls, for our noble KCO.DE, GRG.LO, and TSCO.LO have ascended to their highest grounds with such vigor that one might declare: "None shall pass!" down from these summits. The Holy Grail glows most peculiarly on this hourly chart, as RSI readings climber past 70 and Stoch soars to 95+—these stocks are not pining for the fjords, I assure you, but rather charging forth with the plumage of champions. The gap fills exceeding 100%, coupled with directional indices favoring bulls by margins of 3-to-1 or better, suggest we ride at market conditions that favor the swift and the bold. Always look on the bright side: in a bearish hour, to find three such lovely breakouts with R:R ratios exceeding 2.5 is to stumble upon treasure most unexpected!
